No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Quiet time is 10 pm until 7 am. All cars must be parked in the driveway and cars will be limited to 3 cars. NO cars can parked on the street.. Please consider the neighbors and keep the noise down after 10 pm. Our house is small and is plenty big enough for a family. We do ask you while you staying to try and limit the amount of people at the house. We do not allow parties at the house. Cars can / will be tickets if parked on the street.
